What parents use most

The bus moves across the map as it runs the route. You see the distance to your stop, the minutes left and the arrival window.

Tap the route status to see every step with its time: when it started, when the bus is approaching your stop, when your child is picked up and when they arrive. The button always shows the latest status.

Once you’re at the stop, tap “I’m waiting” and confirm: the driver is notified that you’re at your stop, so they know someone is waiting.

If your child isn’t riding today, tap “Skip pickup today”, pick a reason (sick, doctor’s appointment, other transportation…) and today’s pickup is canceled. The driver sees it on their stop list.

Tap the route’s yellow card and choose “Cancel this route”. Then pick the scope: just that route, every route that day, or a date range. The driver sees it on their stop list.
